How it works

​Whether you choose the "Being Vital" or the "Sustained Performance" program, you’ll begin with a 1.5 hour consultation. This session will work out what you want and why and will develop some actionable steps you can take immediately.


You’ll then work with Vital Lifestyle to develop a personalised plan to suit your lifestyle and wellbeing requirements. So you know how you will get to where you want.


With regular one-on-one coaching sessions throughout the program to help you track your progress and reach your goals, Vital Lifestyle will help you to live your life on your terms.

Steps to peak performance
  • Assess your current level of wellness. Take the wellbeing and lifestyle survey and clarify where you want to start

  • Slow down & realign  -reconnect with your values, strengths & deeper “why”

  • Develop an inspiring vision that has you be vital and the best version of you

  • Create your own action plan, build confidence through small actionable steps and live life on your terms

  • Nudge healthy habits. Hack your environment so that small changes create big outcomes

  • Build resilience: “if… then…” planning, to manage and identify obstacles. Accountability and support to facilitate breakthroughs and peak performance.

  • Celebrate success, learn from the process and discover what more is possible.

I work with leaders interested in developing resilience and performance - and enabling personal and organisational thriving. 

Vitality is defined as the positive aliveness and having access to the energy within oneself. It is the resource that includes physical, psychological, emotional and social energy. It is on the opposite end of the spectrum of burnout. Optimal wellbeing relies on having the resources and capacity to meet the demands at hand.

I support you through a science-based approach of rewiring body, mind and life!
