- Each week you will create healthy goals and take action in areas of nutrition and exercise- and record it in your Vital Lifestyle diary.
- You will also get the opportunity to develop new skills and behaviors that enhance your wellbeing.
- Each week you get to monitor your progress, learn from your challenges and move towards a Vital Lifestyle.
