Group Workouts

Marathon10027Vital Lifestyle Coaching offers a variety of group training sessions. These include:

  • Body Blitz- A fun interval training session using Kettlebells, boxing equipment and cardio machines. Suitable for all levels
  • Kettlebell – The total body conditioning workout
  • Fit Kick -Kickboxing technique and fitness class
  • Pilates Matwork- Core activation and endurance_
  • Bushwalking group- Held once a month in a National Park close to Melbourne

  • Saturday 10.30am    Body Blitz
  • Sunday (monthly)     Bushwalk

All group sessions $35 casual. Purchase 10 visits cards $250. Free for PT clients on Easy pay :)
