Group Workouts

GroupVital Lifestyle Coaching offers a variety of group training sessions. These include:

  • HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)- The best way to burn calories and improve fitness fast! Work at your own “high ” intensity using a variety of exercise modalities (medicine balls, kettle bells, dead balls, body weight exercises, boxing & cardio equipment)
  • Stability & Balance- Core activation and balance drills. Exercises that Joseph Pilates branded his very own!
  • Mobility & Flexibility -Focusing on mobility of the ankle, hips and thoracic spine. Improve posture, rehabilitate movement and ‘pre-hab ’against injury. Mobility drills that include the use of foam rollers and other myofascial release techniques.
  • Bushwalking Group- Held once a month in a National Park close to Melbourne
