Group Workouts
Vital Lifestyle Coaching offers a variety of group training sessions. These include:
- Body Blitz- A fun interval training session using Kettlebells, boxing equipment and cardio machines. Suitable for all levels
- Kettlebell – The total body conditioning workout
- Fit Kick -Kickboxing technique and fitness class
- Pilates Matwork- Core activation and endurance_
- Bushwalking group- Held once a month in a National Park close to Melbourne
