Adventure Programs

So, you have begun your journey with Vital Lifestyle, have achieved some short term health and fitness objectives and are just discovering your potential. New doors are opening and activities and experiences that once seemed impossible are now within your grasp!

You may have dreamed of Trekking in Nepal or the Kokoda track, kayaking the Whitsundays’s, climbing in the Andes or any other outdoor adventure? For many it remains a dream unsure where to begin in their preparation.

At Vital Lifestyle Coaching we have developed specific programs to prepare you physically, mentally and practically for your adventure. With the help of outside experts we run adventure programs that prepare you for:

  • Treks and overnight hiking trips
  • Mountain biking and cycle touring
  • Climbing in the outdoors
  • Kayaking and sea touring
  • Adventure racing

With our adventure trips you also get to meet and train with all participants prior to your departure, so you are not “dumped” with a group of strangers. In-fact, many clients have developed long term friendships that have inspired future adventure projects.
