How it works
Whether you choose the "Being Vital" or the "Sustained Performance" program, you’ll begin with a 1.5 hour consultation. This session will work out what you want and why and will develop some actionable steps you can take immediately. You’ll then work with Vital Lifestyle to develop a personalised plan to suit your lifestyle and wellbeing requirements. So you know how you will get to where you want. With regular one-on-one coaching sessions throughout the program to help you track your progress and reach your goals, Vital Lifestyle will help you to live your life on your terms. .
